Our Metrics of Government Transformation (MGT) helps us to measure the value of transformation to citizens – for instance, whether Quality public services have been delivered, if socially desirable outcomes have been achieved, whether citizens are satisfied with the services and outcomes, and if trust in government authorities has increased, and so on.

Costs are managed through low overhead and administrationexpenses, technology leadership at all levels, a training and skill- enabled approach, a fully automated project lifecycle and a 360 degree biannual performance evaluation. We offerpersonalised services, reliable and secure long-term associations and swift responses, while providing a range of e-Government products and services that include urban, rural, e-office and citizen identity.
