As a concept, Bihar eDistrict proposes the integrated and seamless delivery of citizen services by the District Administration through automation of work flow, backend digitisation, integration and process re-design across participating Departments such as Revenue, Civil Supply, Social Welfare, Election, Land Records and Registration etc. for providing services to citizens. Vayam developed a multi-lingual workflow based application which was deployed centrally and catered to all block offices, district offices and citizen facilitation centres across four districts in Bihar.
